Refund policy

Our return policy lasts for 14 days. So you've got 14 days from when you get your stuff to ask to send it back.

You gotta send back your item just like you got it, not worn or touched, with all its tags on, and in the box it came in. Don't forget you need your receipt or some proof you bought it.

Once we accept your return, you'll get a return shipping label from us. We'll also provide details on sending your package back. Don't ship items to us before asking for a return, or we won't take them.

Damages and problems

Check out your stuff as soon as you get it. If something's not right, like it's busted, not working, or not what you ordered, let us know right away. We'll look into the trouble and sort it out for you.

Stuff You Can't Send Back

So there are certain things you just can't send back to us. This includes stuff that goes bad like food, blooms, or green things anything made just for you (think custom or named goodies), and stuff for keeping yourself looking good (yup talking about beauty swag). Oh, and we're not about taking back anything that could go boom or catch fire – that's a big nope! Got questions or something's up with your item? Just hit us up.

Bummer, but we gotta say no to taking back stuff on discount or those gift card thingies.

Switcheroos

Alright here's the deal if you wanna swap something. Send back what you've got and as soon as we're cool with the return, go ahead and grab the new thing you're eyeing .

European Union 14 Day Return Window

Yeah, plus, if your stuff's heading into the European Union, you get the option to ditch your order within 14 days. No need to give a reason. Just like mentioned before, your thing's gotta be just how you got it – not worn, not used, tags on, and chilling in its first box. Don't forget to hold onto your receipt or some kind of proof you bought it.

Refunds

We get your returned item and check it out, we'll hit you up to say whether you're getting a refund or not. If you get the thumbs up, we'll zap the money back to the way you paid in no more than 10 business days. But hey, keep in mind that your bank or credit card peeps might need extra time to show that refund on your end.
